E-Learning Composites Academy partners with LICT to train Indian professionals
E-Learning Composites Academy (E-LCA), a French leader in digital training specialised in composite materials processing, and the Link Institute of Composites Technologies (LICT) announced a major strategic alliance designed to support India’s industrial expansion.
The French leader in composite materials training E-Learning Composites Academy (E-LCA) and the Indian Link Institute of Composites Technologies (LICT) have just announced their partnership. This agreement addresses the rapid growth of the aerospace and defence sectors in India.
By establishing a bridge between E-LCA’s European expertise and LICT’s established infrastructure, this collaboration provides Indian industry stakeholders with access to the highest international training standards.
This partnership benefits both organisations. By integrating E-LCA’s digital curricula and the specialised knowledge of its Committee of Excellence, LICT aims at strengthening its leadership position in India. For its part, by joining forces with LICT, E-LCA will be able to deploy its technical know-how within a strategic market and therefore, to leverage LICT’s 25 years of experience, its 400 m² technical centre and extensive network of 3,000 clients.
The main goal of the partnership is to train Indian professionals and companies in advanced manufacturing methods. By combining recognised digital pedagogy with hands-on technical know-how, E-LCA and LICT are training the next generation of composite materials experts in India.
This partnership was unveiled during the JEC Talks India, which have taken place on 11 December 2025 in Mumbai.
