Greene Tweed appoints Thomas J. Castle New Chief Operating Officer
Greene Tweed, a leading advanced materials manufacturer, has appointed Thomas J. (T.J.) Castle as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Thomas (T.J.) Castle has been appointed COO at Greene Tweed, a 160-year-old leading global manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastics, composites, seals and engineered components, in particular for the semiconductor, oil and gas, aerospace, defence, chemical and pharmaceutical processing industries. T.J. Castle will be in charge of the company’s operational strategy and execution in terms of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, procurement and safety. He is also a member of Greene Tweed’s executive leadership team. In these two roles, he will support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
T.J. Castle has more than three decades of experience in global operations leadership. He has driven growth and built high-performing teams in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in the aerospace industry. He has worked at CMI Group, TPI Composites, Honeywell Aerospace and GE Aviation.
