Tianyi Shangjia and Foton Motor concluded a cooperation agreement

The agreement gives full play to Tianyi Shangjia’s design of advanced materials and composite technology, manufacturing, R&D and testing integration, as well as Foton Motor’s overall resources, relying on Foton Motor’s brand and platform, in its established automotive ecosystem, to jointly design and develop core components for commercial vehicles and special vehicles. Lightweight, high-performance, and low-cost brake materials are important development directions to promote the innovative development of commercial vehicles and special vehicles, and contribute to vehicle lightweighting, green environmental protection, and improved vehicle safety performance. 

Tianyi Shangjia has been committed to the research and development and industrial application of brake materials for many years, and has made breakthroughs in the technology of carbon ceramic brake disc products, entering the stage of industrialization. Meanwhile, Tianyi Shangjia also has the capacity for mass production of brake linings, which can form a friction by-product system combined with discs. Based on the strategic cooperation agreement, Tianyi Shangjia and Foton Motor will achieve functional complementarity and build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership through long-term cooperation which will help Tianyi Shangjia to open up the sales market of high-performance automobile carbon-ceramic brake products in the field of commercial vehicles and special vehicles, and enhance the competitiveness of Tianyi Shangjia brand.
