The V1500M has a maximum take-off weight of 1,500 kg and can take a maximum number of 3-4 passengers. This electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vessel is equipped with autonomous technology and can currently travel 250 km (155 miles) on a single charge.

From design finalization of the V1500M and carbon fiber fuselage mold making, to the first presentation at the Zhuhai Air Show and the first take-off and landing test, the Autoflight team claim they only spent less than 100 days.

Autoflight will seek certification for this eVTOL in China, alongside its other electrified aerial vehicles, as the country continues to push the commercialization of urban air mobility (UAM).

Founded five years ago, Autoflight Aviation Technology is a technology company specializing in R&D and manufacturing of autonomous aircraft.

The company is headquartered in Shanghai, deploys a passenger flight control R&D center in Munich, Germany, plans to build an operation and maintenance center in the United States and has a solution center in Shenzhen. Autoflight also has a large-scale composite materials manufacturing base in Jining, Shandong province, China.   More information:
