GRP Solutions acquires Allscot distributors
GRP Solutions Ltd is delighted to announce its acquisition of Glasgow-based Allscot Distributors Ltd, the sole stockists of glass fibre materials and all related sundry products in Scotland. The Allscot business is one of the UK’s oldest distribution businesses and operates from a 15,000 sq. ft facility, including offices and a successful trade counter.
This acquisition nearly doubles their warehouse capacity and will allow them to be closer to their customers in Scotland and the North of England. With a more local presence, they also look forward to a more sustainable future with carbon emission reductions in their road freight. The portfolio of products that GRP Solutions and Allscot offer will also widen.

our support of local communities by making a donation to the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice who provide palliative care to people in and around Glasgow.”
