This hiring surge, representing a nearly 30% increase, is effective immediately, with many positions open and the remainder to be filled over the coming months. The expansion is driven by a substantial ramp-up in production for several new and growing commercial and defence aircraft programs.

Royal’s President, Dave Arnold, shared the excitement: “Over the past few years, we have been steadily adding work for new and growing aircraft programs. Now, those programs are significantly ramping up in production. These positions will allow us to continue delivering high-quality composite parts, on-time to our customers.”

The newly added jobs are a blend of production and quality inspection positions, along with variety of administrative and technical support roles.

Arnold stressed that this growth presents a unique opportunity for job seekers in the region, including those with no prior manufacturing experience.

“No experience is needed for many of the production positions we’ve added,” Arnold added. “We have a top-notch training program that allows our employee-owners to succeed in their new career. I’d encourage everyone to visit our careers website, learn about Royal and apply today.”

As an employee-owned company, Royal takes pride in offering a state-of-the-art work environment in central Nebraska.

“Our manufacturing facility is clean, air-conditioned and is not an assembly line. We are at the cutting edge of aerospace composite production,” Arnold said. “Our employee-owners are not just employees; they are part owners who take great pride in making components for aircraft flying all over the world.”
