Saertex subsidiary Fiberserve establishes kit-cutting capacity in Mexico
Saertex expands its service portfolio in the field of infusion and reinforcement kits through its subsidiary Fiberserve.
The Saertex Group is expanding its service portfolio in the field of infusion and reinforcement kits. Through its subsidiary Fiberserve, the company is strategically adding additional kit-cutting capacity. The objective is to enable customers to achieve greater process reliability, shorter lead times and more efficient material utilisation.
The current focus is on applications in the wind industry and on the production of pre-cut fibre kits for rotor blade structures. Precisely custom-cut infusion and reinforcement materials are a key factor here for stable processes, reduced waste rates and predictable cycle times. This increases process reliability and supports efficient serial production.
Operations start within the existing Saertex infrastructure in Mexico. This setup enables fast and lean implementation as well as close integration with the group’s material and logistics processes. In parallel, further capacity expansion in Europe is planned for 2026 to also serve regional demand in the market.
By expanding its kit-cutting capacities, Saertex strengthens its position as an integrated partner and extends its offering along the entire value chain.
