Shuangyi Technology to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Guangdong
China’s Shandong Shuangyi Technology issued an announcement stating that due to business development needs, it invested and established a wholly-owned subsidiary Shuangyi Technology (Shanwei) Co., Ltd. in China’s southern province of Guangdong with its own funds of 10 million yuan, and has completed industrial and commercial registration.
The establishment of the Shanwei subsidiary is mainly to respond to the national goals of “carbon neutrality”, to build production bases for wind power supporting products in areas rich in sea wind resources in Guangdong province and around the company’s customers, further reduce transportation costs, and strengthen cooperation with wind power main customers.
