Wells Epoxy and Wanhua Chemical signed a strategic cooperation agreement
The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Wells Epoxy, a major epoxy resin manufacturer for composite materials, and fellow Chinese Wanhua Chemical, a largest chemical producers, was held at the headquarters of Wells Epoxy in Shanghai, China.
At the signing site, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on future cooperation and development and reached a consensus on establishing a long-term and stable strategic partnership.
On the basis of the existing amine business, Dr. Ding Hao, general manager of Wanhua Chemical Functional Chemicals branch, introduced the future product layout of functional chemicals to Wells Epoxy, and made a presentation of the advantages of Wanhua’s industrial chain integration. At the same time, he emphasized that Wanhua Chemical has invested in numerous green energy projects.
For his part, Yang Yujing, President of Wells Epoxy, introduced the R&D achievements and performance breakthroughs of Wells Epoxy’s products in new energy vehicles, hydrogen cylinders and recyclable composite material projects. He said that Wells Epoxy is ready to go hand in hand with Wanhua Chemical to continuously expand the space and areas of cooperation.
