Dilutec achieves ISO 9001 2015
Brazilian manufacturer of gelcoat and thinner, Dilutec has just had its quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The units of Piracicaba, focused on the manufacture of thinner, and Senador Canedo, specialized in gelcoat, were certified.
According to João Hernandez, executive of the administrative area of Dilutec, the work to obtain ISO began in the end of 2018.
João Hernandez said:
“A few years ago, our internal processes, such as quality analyzes of raw materials and finished products, were already being carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard. This reflected both in the performance of our products and in reducing the time to achieve certification”.
ISO 9001 certification strengthens Dilutec’s presence in certain market segments, such as the automotive and wind power generation.
“These are areas where we are already present, but now they will have even more security to rely on our products.”
