Lord awards Redelease as preferred distributor in South America
For the second year in a row, Lord, a Brazilian subsidiary of the North American Lord Corporation, awarded Redelease as the preferred distributor for structural adhesives in South America in 2019.
Specialist in the development of structural adhesives and high performance coatings, LORD has been a partner of Redelease since 2005.
Tiago Fruet, LORD account manager said:
“Throughout 2018, Redelease was the distributor of our network that stood out the most, showing a growth of about 100% of sales compared to the previous period”
In addition to the commercial performance, the questions evaluated by LORD to define the winner of the award are the numbers of projects implemented and some qualitative aspects, such as excellence in customer service.
Fruet estimates:
“The award aims at the continuous strengthening of our distribution channel. In 2018, LORD’s sales through distributors grew more than 70% in South America, and now account for more than 20% of the total”
According to Roberto Iacovella, Managing Partner of Redelease, winning again the award reinforces the importance of transparency in the exchange of information between distributor and distributed.
