JEC World 2026 will host 27 international pavilions, underscoring the growing global investment in composites and advanced materials, projected to grow at 4% annually through 2030. With Norway and Poland joining for the first time, with and Austria returning to the show floor after a 5-year hiatus, the event further cements its role as the leading international platform for industrial collaboration.

JEC World is where national ecosystems present their industrial capabilities to the global market,” said Eric Pierrejean, President, JEC. “The arrival of new pavilions such as Norway and Poland confirms the dynamic growth of the composites sector across Europe and beyond, particularly in high-performance application and sustainable solutions that are shaping the industry’s next phase development.

The pavilions bring together SMEs, mid-sized industrial players, and research institutions under coordinated national or regional initiatives, giving companies structured access to global buyers, investors, and partners in a single, high-visibility setting.

This year, two new national pavilions – Norway and Poland – are making their debut at JEC World, creating new opportunities to connect with companies and organizations from the composites industry in Northern and Central Europe.

Poland’s national pavilion (Hall 5, Booth 5G142) marks the country’s first coordinated presence at JEC World, showcasing a fully integrated ecosystem united under the Polish Composites Technology Cluster (PKTK), from materials and engineering to certified end-products. The Pavilion brings together eight companies: Carbon Design, Sarzyna Chemical, LERG, Rymatex, Atagor, Rail-Bohamet, NCT and WIT-Composites.

“JEC World is the global marketplace for composites, bringing together the entire value chain in one place,” said Andrzej Czulak, who heads up the Polish Cluster of Composite Technologies. “We have observed that OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers use JEC to qualify suppliers of materials, tooling, NDT, automation and design. Being present helps Polish firms move low visibility subcontractors to recognized partners in European programs.”

What clearly differentiates Poland, Czulak notes, is not only sectoral growth, but the fact that their cluster members collectively cover the entire ecosystem: materials, engineering, tooling, processing, testing and final integration, creating a coordinated, export-ready supply chain. Key application sectors include aerospace and defense, wind energy, transport such rail & automotive and marine industries, where Polish companies deliver advanced structural and lightweight components at industrial scale. There is also a growing activity in sustainable solutions, including bio-based and recycled composites.

Norway is present with a pavilion (Hall5 booth D135) uniting six exhibitors, representing academia, engineering experts, and advanced material suppliers, such as NORNER, FIRECO, CEALTECH, Global Consulting Sustainability and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Vidar Nyhammer, General Manager, Norwegian Circular Materials Technology (NCMT), is proud of the leading competence the country has built across several high-end niches, including large maritime vessels, bridges, aquaculture and subsea infrastructure for oil and gas.

The Norwegian industry may never be the one with the biggest impact, but we are a great at manufacturing everything large and customized. Lately, we have also taken several large steps within recycling of composites, and on the high-end side of composites within for instance the use of graphene. Being present with a pavilion at JEC World is a means to remind people about our niche expertise”, said Vidar Nyhammer, General Manager, Norwegian Circular Materials Technology (NCMT).

Besides Norway and Poland, Austria is back on stage a strong collective booth featuring seven co-exhibitors, most of whom are participating for the very first time.  Among them, XENTIS will showcase its high-end lightweight carbon manufacturing solutions for mobility and industrial sectors, while Geislinger will present its expertise as a technology leader in advanced composite materials across diverse industrial applications.
